Please unpack carefully and retain all packing material. I offer a 5 day period, after you receive the artwork, in which you may return it. Customer is responsible for returning the artwork in the condition you received it and the shipping cost. If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and contact me immediately. Please email me at email@example.com. or call 541-531-3677 and I will be happy to help. Do not ship the artwork before contacting me. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. Once the piece safely reaches Cheryl Williams, she will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to you. (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any).
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged Step 1 - Save original packaging! Step 2 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org Step 3 - I will contact you to discuss next steps. Damaged art work caused by improper packaging from the customer, will not be refunded.

CUSTOM ARTWORK NOTE: 50% of the price of commissioned, CUSTOM artwork is considered a non-refundable fee for the artists time and material costs in creating a piece once the process is started. Images of a completed, custom artwork, can be emailed out for approval prior to shipping. however, due to the high artwork demand and time constraints, they will be sent only upon client request. There is a 25% restocking fee for any orders that are cancelled for any reason.
